I’ve experienced this same issue. I’ve found that a combination of switching out coffee for black tea (a more sustainable caffeination without the crash) and making sure I get up an walk around/stretch every hour for about 5 minutes has made a huge difference in my energy level. I also try to eat a snack about every 2 hours to keep my energy up.
