Maarten van Doorn surprisingly not. The first few days of this routine were rough as I tried to reset my internal clock. I found it really difficult to fall asleep early, so with the early wake up I noticed I noticed myself getting tired around 3pm.
After day 5, things started to even out and I could fall asleep around 9–9:30pm. Once I regulated myself and started getting a full 8-hours again, I found myself being more productive throughout the day. I also noticed that if I switched from coffee to black tea for caffeine, I didn’t crash at all until around 8pm.
