What a great story! I applaud those who have naturally found their way to an early morning start routine. I couldn’t agree with you more regarding sleep — I’m not a functional member of society when I don’t get enough. I refuse to sacrifice it.
I didn’t mention it in this article because I wouldn’t be practicing what I preach. Unfortunately, I am a “screener” until I fall asleep. I’m working on that. I’ve been trying to swap out my phone for a book as often as I can. What is your secret for cutting out the blue light before bed?
